Major overhaul: 1993 Perkins Prima 80 HP Turbo engine with 3,500 hours (2,500 hours + 1,000 hours on two meters), oil test OK, easy starting, and normal exhaust.
· Inspection, cleaning, rust protection, painting, disassembly and replacement of hoses and connectors, cables, oxidized valves, turbo cleaning, injector nozzle inspection, exhaust elbow replacement, thermostat and temperature sensor replacement, seawater cooling pump replacement, oil, and cooling water, water/diesel filters
· Installation of dual diesel pre-filters. Connection with T-valve and free bypass.
· Reverse gear disassembly and replacement of discs and silent blocks
